What is your dress code?
We recommend casual, but feel free to dress your best if you wish!
Is there a charge for parking?
No, parking is free at the Palace Theater.
Are we allowed to take photographs?
We have a beautiful lobby area with a fireplace where you may take photos. However, no photos or videos are allowed during the show performance.
Can we just see the show and not eat the meal?
While The Palace Theater is excited to enhance the theater experience with a uniquely designed and freshly prepared meal, we do offer “Show Only” tickets for purchase to each Dinner & Show production. “Show Only” seating may be reserved on-line or by calling our Box Office at 608-253-4000. We also offer a separate menu and a full-service bar in our lobby that opens 2 hours prior to showtime.
What is the recommended gratuity amount for the server?
Gratuity is not included in our ticket price. We recommend that the value of your overall experience be the basis of your gratuity, which are optional.
Per Adult experience: 10% = $5.00, 15% = $7.50, 20% = $10.00
Per Child experience: 10% = $2.00, 15% = $3.00, 20% = $4.00
Can other people sit at the same table?
Yes, if you have not purchased all the seats at the table, those additional seats may be purchased by another individual. Please choose a table that closely matches your group size.
Do you offer additional beverages?
Yes, we have soda, beer, wine and mixed drinks available to purchase. You may also purchase wine by the bottle for your table.
What is your age minimum?
Our productions are highly recommended for children ages 2 years and older. This is due to the unique lighting changes, sounds and music of the live performances that can startle babies and toddlers. Many hotels in the area offer or partner with child care services, like BrightStar Care. All children attending, regardless of age, require a full-priced child admission ticket to attend each performance. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather, and no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that the Theater cancels a performance, clients will be contacted via the email or phone number on file from their ticket purchase.
