What should I do if I have tickets for one of the affected performances?

The box office will begin contacting customers with tickets to the performances listed above.  We are working to place the full values of tickets to customer profiles.  This credit may be used for an exchange to another performance, or in the future.

Can I contact the box office?

Yes.  We will have a small staff working to exchange tickets and help guests purchase new tickets.  Wait times may be long – please be patient.  The box office can be reached at 608-253-4000 during regular weekday business hours, although some hours may vary.  If you don’t want to wait, you can also email the box office at – just reference your ticket order number and leave a good phone number to reach you at.

Will performances be rescheduled?

Yes and no. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels & Alice and Wonderland will not be rescheduled at this time.  Some concerts and special events may be able to be rescheduled. We are working with the artists to find dates that can work. We will contact guests who had tickets to cancelled events if a replacement date is announced.

Could more performances be cancelled?

Our leadership will be monitoring the situation and we will follow recommendations from the Wisconsin Department of Health. We are hoping that with the combined effort of other theaters, venues and our community, we will be able to emerge from this crisis on May 20 with the opening of Legally Blonde – The Musical energized and ready to bring the lights up!
